@jt+1jjqzp7m3 Agree, kind of like the AIR function in capital projects. They get status from other team members, and not adding anything useful.
How about Risk Analyst? They are people that dont know anything about the field telling us about risks in the field.

I enjoy being a scrum master. All I need to do is get status updates.
I am an RTE. I work with a bunch of scrum masters as well. We really enjoy our work. All we need to do is schedule and host meetings while the technical teams do all the hard work. It's easy money and we are truly lucky. Come over to Agile and enjoy what we do.

Agile was and is a joke for the oil industry. This stupidity did more to bring the company to its knees then any other initiative. CPDEP was a process for projects that was excellent until people decided there was careers to be made out of being a CPDEP Bureaucrat rather than applying it to make good decisions. Anyone with Agile in their title or expertise should be given a free gym membership and years pay to go away. Ge-z - didnt we have some inexperienced industry person drive the simplification focus. Promoted above their expertise.
