I’m jealous of Denver. Go on, take the money and run!

Agreed. What’s the motivation??? Leave this wretched place. Everyone. Not just those forced to in Jacksonville and Denver or Accenture folks come Tuesday. Too bad we’re not a union and can’t go on strike for better wages and to oust the executive leadership team.

I feel like March-July this year will be so many folks who move on and wherever is left is sc--wed.

They won’t know what they had until it’s gone and realize they should have treated associates who are participants better. I feel bad for our clients. They deserve so much better than this pathetic leadership.

The entire town hall was insulting. Starting with the paid actors portraying happy employees Then the retiree video that has been around more than once. Wait until the end for the big surprise …. Everyone gets a raise and bonus. Oh sorry wrong show that is not in her vocabulary …. What is the motivation …. They hope to see people run out the door after bonuses payout.

That audience in CLT looked so depressed. Like another person said, T cannot read a room.

House on fire , employees have had it. All time market highs, record profits, no raises unless you’re an executive. Everyone is looking for another job, goodbye.

Talk about "receipts". Enough receipts to pay the EC's huge bonuses while everyone else gets no raises and mediocre bonuses.

I am so relieved I received a package last week. I will be rolling over my 401k as soon as my term date passes. And I’ll starting drawing down their money too. There is your loyalty bonus from me. It’s all smoke and mirrors anyhow don’t believe anything they tell you it’s really all sh-t. No better than a bunch of sleazy politicians. And bad ones at that.

To the commenter below, EXACTLY!!

The CEO is asking us to put our own money into the system to save the company and perpetuate the grift.

They have one hand out begging while their other hand is in our wallets. Absolute buffoonery.

These "leaders" are so fu--ing tone deaf it hurts.

Put more money into retirement, which stays locked up in our system, perpetuating this house of cards. Maybe I would if I had a raise the past two years that kept up with inflation but choosing between making ends meet now versus when I retire isn't a choice.

And ole Daddy Warbucks wanting a fu--ing watch for his work-anniversary. Give me a fu--ing break. You a make $5mm a year base, go buy your own Patek and maybe realize that the rank and file are suffering.

Cheezing is the new happy place. Bless your heart. Sorry for no standing ovation at the end. Tough to stand when the EC has already swept the knee…(Karate Kid for reference)

Does anyone go to these anymore. I mean obviously people do in person but if it’s not in your city why bother going or dialing in? Waste of an hour.

Summary is that she took another world glass global jaunt - this time to Davos and then DC - great / cool!

It’s the year of the snake apparently (maybe keep that to yourself when thousands of people are losing their jobs), and we apparently have a “loyalty bonus” for people keeping their retirement monies with us which nobody I know has ever heard of.

She literally brought up this one Participant named “Jerry” after playing some pseudo hip-hop / edm music and showing some cute video about how Jerry has taken up jogging and is so thankful for his annuity payments. And the rest of the video highlighted employees primarily with 1-3 years max (many of which of that time would’ve been WFH during the end of the pandemic) to highlight our “culture”.

I’m trying to stick it out for my severance and will do my work like a professional but everyone I talk to - know a lot of people of 15 years at the company in a variety of roles - is just more and more d-mbfounded at what’s going on. She / the board are gutting the company to make their P/L numbers as attractive as possible to be acquired by Chase etc. - as she’s a deep state plant.

It’s insulting when she talks about maxing out retirement accounts when TIAA doesn’t provide raises.

Ummm - I’d love to max out my retirement account. It’s hard to do that when the cost of living has skyrocketed and you haven’t provided any raises to keep up!

I’m so happy to know that “We” and not the IRS instituted the 60 - 63 catch up for contributions to your 401k account.

Does anyone feel talked down to this entire meeting? Maybe if she talks slowly it’ll feel better.

“We love you” as you are kicked out the door.

Also, we’re giving you something super exciting. It’s the same thing you already have but this time with fake tears!

Now comes the shameless self promotion and is begging for more of your money - pass out the coffers and offer up your tithes to the Almighty Temu!
