Are those blue pulse survey results manipulated for the board?? HCSC a great place to work went up over 30 points?! From the summer of PTO slushing?!

Completely manipulated. If you put a score in- then want to add a comment- it automatically reverts your numeric rating to the highest.
And of course- how the question is worded is very much designed to get the desired outcome.
They will tweak the questions from time to time, and they all work together when you combine the answers. That is how they can infer insights. For example, question 2 and 7 may work in tandem to create the insight on satisfaction. Maybe the survey before that, they outright asked. The survey before that, maybe it was questions 3 and 10.
1,000 percent manipulated. They don't see the raw data when it comes in. They see a pieced together story. Any awards won, we bought.
