Whole conversation is stupid. All these TIAA employees writing the d-mbest things on there.
What is a diversifying woman? What does that even mean? Illogical statement.
"Diversifying woman"? Because if you're not white, your big value is being "diversifying"?
How insulting. Imagine if white people were just referred to as "non-diversifying" people?
If you were in a registered rep role (FCs, WMAs, Etc.) Look up the FINRA maintaining qualifications program to see if it is applicable to you.

While tongue-in-cheek, if participants/the media knew of TIAA’s troubles I guarantee changes would be made almost immediately, starting at the top.
Whatever you do, don’t tell all of the rest of the participants about the situation and how you were treated. Especially make sure that no one in a position of power and decision-making at the institution hears about this or read and share all of the posts on this site with their peers. It would be really bad if the general public were to hear the employees’ true opinion of TIAA and its leadership which would likely serve as a dire warning to run as fast as they could away from a dying aimless company. Oh no I think you’re doing it… noo…
