Is USB going to mail out the forms or make you go through some convoluted account registration process to print them off?

Workday. Digital download. You should still have access to it.
Mine were mailed to me and I don't remember making any specific selections. You might be good! Arrived on the West Coast on Monday, this week.

Do you have access to Workday on your phone? It might be available to download. Otherwise, you will need to wait for it to come in the mail.
