Nat Gen leadership in general should be sacked. Easy to show a profit when you don't actually pay for half the software or services you use. Probably harder to steal hardware but I bet they tried.

We got 3.5% average. Su-ks to have to set merit in such a way. The 5 livels are a farce, they expect 5% or less in the top levels
The average is 3.5%. But the % you can get is also dependent on where you fall on the pay scale. If you are in the top quartile, then you should expect on a best case no more then 2%.
Top two levels are really unknown as not many folks will hit those levels....word is 1-3% for middle "On Target".... and nothing the bottom two levels. That is at lease what some management types have leaked out. But management types at Allstate are pretty much all compulsive liars so really take this with a grain of salt.
