Did he say 56 Bonus’ or 56 Pay Raises in this morning’s Town Hall . That can’t be correct surely.

People complain and vow not to be professional any more because the longer you've been here, the lower your salary will be. The management think this is ok. They can't pay more because the new guys aren't as billable and cost more so someone's got to fund senior bonuses. I think most people would accept the salary they get, if they knew the next guy got about the same.
Why would anyone want to waste their time on DXC propaganda. Lies, and spin is all you will hear on those town halls. If we're doing such a great job, why don't we all get pay rises?
Art for Art sake….. ‘ Which townhall was that? I am keen on fast fwd to that specific section. All the rest is patting themselves on the back.’ 6 mins In tops
It's all about time * quality * cost. DXC has chosen to fix costs by not giving rises. Whist simultaneously rising hourly rates of course - not sure on the ethics of that one. Clients will consequently get significantly less time out of DXC staff, and generally a worse service it's that simple. Thus far the clients seem not to have noticed, so you can see why management carry on with this plan.

no he said pay rise in '56 ie 2056 when the next scheduled pay review will take place ...

If you mean US & UKI town hall, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Townhall utterly pointless just one sales twonk after another telling us how great they are.
Who attends town halls!! Lies, and Spin that's all they are. Tell everyone they are doing a great job, while simultaneously trying to make their lives as miserable as possible in the hope they just quit.
