I currently work as a manager in a region undergoing many drastic changes (none of them good). Managers have had enough and are now banding together and are planning an exit strategy, some planning on taking some valuable associates with them to new jobs if possible. 2025 will be a year of change in our region as lots of management are getting their ducks in a row to quit Belk.
Belk has done nothing but lie, mislead, mistreat, and demoralize associates and managers, and yet it is evident they don’t care one bit. It’s time to band together and protest Belk’s nonsense.

Now belk is just taking what they can get in terms of management, lots of Macys rejects who have no place else to go.
