DXC has become a two-tier company.
You’re either a recent hire, paid at market rates but unable to get anything done due to lack of access, training, or support from colleagues who have little incentive to help.
Or
You’re a long-term employee, significantly underpaid and treated as if you’ll never leave. These employees do the bare minimum—not out of laziness or incompetence, but because they refuse to perform the same work for half the pay. However, they lack just enough self-respect to quit, having had it worn down by incompetent management, impossible deadlines, and mid-task changes that ensure failure. After all, the company couldn’t risk making you feel like you deserve a raise.
