Will there be an impact if those of us who want out, miss out on the easy money? Will be morale be affected if we see others get paid out but we remain?

I nearly took it back in 2020 but with the COVID job market chickened out. I wish I had now and don’t plan to miss this new opportunity.
If you stay, you will actually have to work to earn your paycheck which is a foreign concept to many of you. I'm not sure a lot of you can handle a real job with responsibilities.
The workload certainly went up after 2020. Now all we hear from management is we are not working hard enough or not on the correct issues. No guidance is given though, processes get more complicated and the “silos” get more isolated
Answering OP's question, if you feel 'cheated' that you didn't get the EOI, your morale will clearly suffer.
If you remain your workload will increase exponentially while at the same time a target will always be on your back for offshoring if you’re in a support position. If your close to retirement or have other options might a good time to EOI. If in San Ramon it’s a no brainer unless you’re a 26+. I would not come to Houston with the hope of sustaining a long career
I got the, what if, wish I’d taken….EOI BLUUUUUUES! Oh yeah!
Just ask the poor souls who skipped the 2020 payday!
