I’m sure they are saving the company money, but do we think the hiring spree was to find top performers that also work cheap and then cut everyone else? The layoff is happening next week according to every third post here.

There’s not a hiring spree, at least not in Auto. Adjusters are being shifted around from one MOI to another. In case anyone is wondering, the guy running Auto has absolutely no clue what he’s doing.
