Can someone explain how QIP was paid at 100% each quarter but the teams that earn AIP are going to be paid at 40%

It depends what AIP Incentive you are assigned to. The AIP is not the same for every LOB. I have seen anywhere between 35-55% (before additional for high performers) for this upcoming payout.
What a slap in the face to all the people who had to do the work of multiple people due to all the riffs in 2024. What a sh---y way to appreciate everyone who was left to pick up the slack.
AIP bonus is 34.6%.
They released the AIP amounts to leaders yesterday and appears to be a mostly 35-40% base amount.
Dam! 40% I'm glad I got paid to leave.
Where did you hear it would be 40%? Is that a rumor or is that just your estimate? Today’s town hall meeting and the following email from Gail sure sounded ominous, as usual
Don't think about your employees, Gail.
You big tu-d.
Because AIP is a much bigger hit. The associates on QIP have a lower salary in general and thus paying out at 100% is still a relatively small amount. AIP associates in general have a much higher salary so a bigger hit to the company to pay those out at 100%.
