Good grief this is bad.
< rest assured there will be a mass exodus after their offensive bonus
That’s the goal, then hire offshore. There is a story and SLT from all companies manipulate and gaslight you until the story becomes reality and they get to say “I was right”. Until this abuse cycle becomes unprofitable expect more of the same.
Vanguard will be paid first
It’s disgusting. We are working harder than ever before. My team manages several markets and we were funded at 19%, that is 80% less than last year for a team of seven. Gail should give back some of her bonus $$$$$$. If they thought they had a lot of ppl leaving rest assured there will be a mass exodus after their offensive bonus.
It is sad the providers have not received an increase in some division’s since 2010 and now the staff is not being rewarded for doing the job of the of 5 ppl in some cases.
Sir Richard Branson quote “By putting the employee first, the customer effectively comes first by default, and in the end, the shareholder comes first by default as well.‘
Gail put your $$$$$$$$$ where your mouth is!
Stocks are also how the SLT gets paid. They need their chunk before it will trickle down.
Because we owed the shareholders a lot more than $5.98 billion in profit this year. They get paid first, then us. Them's the rules when you work for a big stock company but doesn't make it right
The lower the stock price, the more the Executives will have to pay in 2025 to get those top rankings on all of those lists and buy good will by contributing millions to states with natural or human caused disasters. The last thing they are worried about is the prosperity and happiness of the employees on the ground making the wheels turn...
It's all about pleasing the shareholders, not about taking care of the associates.
Of course, the SLT will still get their big bonuses. Even if they say they are taking a reduction, what we receive as low people on the totem poll will be a pittance to what they take. Those that do the hard work get less and less.
