@ ak+1jja4jasb. Social health are things like homelessness. Being unemployed. Being socially isolated Etc. social determinants of health to be more specific. there are CPT codes where this information can be tracked in claims data. I do think these data points are important because it does impact health. I don’t think we have figured out how to effectively mange this stuff yet but this data will be useful in finding solutions. EH is so worried about the boot I’m line I also fear this data could be used against the people we serve
My favorite comment of the TH today was the CFO saying that “We” have to be fiscally responsible and spend Elevance money like it’s our own.
When you make 25mil a year, money like your own takes on a very different meaning. At least the walk and talk lines up this time 👏

What exactly is social health? Medical and mental health yes, but social? How is that paid, what kind of claim is going to come through for it?
Elevance still posted $6 BILLION profit for 2024 but yet our AIP and merits will be lower than usual?? This is total Bull $/&!

How about bringing our call centers back to the US so our customers can understand and resolve issues in one call. I think falls under “ easy to do business with”. Calling in for help is a nightmare.
