@ ak+1jja4jasb. Social health are things like homelessness. Being unemployed. Being socially isolated Etc. social determinants of health to be more specific. there are CPT codes where this information can be tracked in claims data. I do think these data points are important because it does impact health. I don’t think we have figured out how to effectively mange this stuff yet but this data will be useful in finding solutions. EH is so worried about the boot I’m line I also fear this data could be used against the people we serve

My favorite comment of the TH today was the CFO saying that “We” have to be fiscally responsible and spend Elevance money like it’s our own.

When you make 25mil a year, money like your own takes on a very different meaning. At least the walk and talk lines up this time 👏

Let’s not talk about all the money recently poured into redesign and renovation of Pulse Points so they can drag us back to the office. Seriously wondering how much the mood music cost? These people are on another planet if they think we are all that stupid.

My cardiologist told me this morning that my BCBS prior Auth for my procedure was denied and he said maybe your ceo can take 2-3 million salary and give rest to the members who need help instead of denying their claims or PA - cost of care non sense
