Last year during annual review, my boss told me he has done his best to strive for the benefits for all people under him. At P3 level, my total service has passed 11 years mark.
The total increment I get during the 11 years averaged about S$130+, which translate to about US$99 per year with current exchange rate. The inflation has raised quite a few after covid.
