Many people who shouldered a lot of the effort and knew a lot of the things cut in this last round. Paycheck collectors continue to fear. 5's in evals? Eat dirt. Do HR and upper management even understand the damage they are doing to the company? The quality message is laughable when you're keeping so much rotten fruit. Maybe talk to managers instead of having your directors guess to hit a number.

H1B? Get real. They don’t even need to do that. Windstream’s been outsourcing overseas for a long time now.
I've seen a lot of posts on here over the years telling people to update your resumes and learn some new skills. I guess many didn't heed that advice. You've sat in your desks for years watching many people be let go. Why would a person think their numbers won't be called at this place? Corporations don't care about their employees worth or tenure. They care about their money and nothing else. Do your self a favor and learn a new skill and find your worth.
