After so many layoffs, I’m so traumatized that any new meeting on my calendar, whether it’s just me or the whole company, triggers an instant wave of panic. This company has done a number on my mental health, leaving me constantly on edge. It’s exhausting and unsustainable.

Any job can cut you loose at anytime! Control the things you can.
QUIT! It feels amazing to leave it all behind. 3 months and no regrets. That place is HE-L.
@bn some very good advice. I stressed out so bad over this company’s treatment of me and always being terrified of an impending layoff that I had a heart attack. Then a year later I was actually laid off and had a nervous breakdown as a result.
If you can n-p your stress in the bud early it will definitely be to your advantage.
Good luck to you all. I wouldn’t wish what I’ve been through on my worst enemy.
NAMI.ORG your Mental Health Matters. Seek help immediately.
May I suggest talking to your doctor to get a script for anti-anxiety medication to deal with this company. I bet you would be shocked at how many scripts this company is paying for that aids the employees with anxiety and depression caused by this work environment.
This company is a machine - it has no heart or soul! This is NOT the industry to be in moving forward. This is Hellevance!
What is a SUB report and where would you find it?
Sorry you feel like this. Have a plan for the worst and that will really help with your stress. Print out the SUB and see how much pay you’d get if RIFd. That’s a good place to start. Godspeed!
Stay strong. Your value comes from you, not your job. Just try to live your best life and stay positive. What’ll be will be.
