Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Is this intentional?

Unrealistic expectations are driving people away in droves. Deadlines have become brutal, leaving even seasoned pros struggling to keep up. Goals are so far-fetched, it feels like employees are being set up to fail. To make matters worse, leadership keeps blaming hardworking staff for delays, effectively pushing them out the door. This has to be intentional. Nobody is so clueless and incompetent that they’d let this continue unless the goal is to drive people away.

Another troll, this is not accurate representation. More of venting out and false claims.

Not in my area it’s not. If we can copy some data from one computer to another computer in less than 6 months and for less than $100k its a cause for celebration and congratulations

they’re what they think will make them safe. but none of that will matter.
useless mid level management will still remain. they network and keep their jobs and the ones who do the work get cut.

Leadership is scared for their own skins and looking for scapegoats.
