Institutional Retirement Plan Services (IRPS) and it was under Alice Hocking in CTS and ultimately reported up to Sastry.
What is IRPS and where was it before

Fishbowl said Retention got hit. No surprise there as they haven’t been retaining people. But I guess now they can’t anymore, so maybe a d-mb idea.
Interesting that they laid off people under Kourtney. I was told today that IRPS associates are being moved under Kourtney’s organization. So they laid off people only to add more?
Got laid off today within Kourtney’s org. Sounds like it was at least 50 people ranging from senior leaders to field associates. Had no prior indications and sentiment is performance was not a factor.
