RD is a poser. And AT is vile. He will like you until he doesn't, and if you are a woman I can personally assure you....she does not have your back. She got where she is by playing a man's game instead of knowing the influence she could have had on women in business. There's a reason her eyes look like those of a great white. She's a shark. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing everything these two were known for at MTL. It was no surprise they danced off into the sunset together. Push them out. They are imposters.
RD and AT were cowards at Mattel and sounds like they have not changed. They are just taking higher salaries away from more deserving employees. Team up with institutional shareholders if you want meaningful action in your company. The notion and effectiveness of a fireside chat was good when? When Frankly Deleon Rosevelt was President?
