Downstream/Midstream. Manufacturing. Coincidence?

What a royal waste of time. That entire LT should be PIPed.
Nothing to see here….move on.
You haven't even settled into your 2025 budget yet. Town Halls don't happen this early in the year unless there is something significant to report.
FSS had a meeting in December and stated on the slide deck, goal is reduction of US employees by 60% for the support orgs. ABU has also announced they are also part of the early adopters so the BU's are in scope too. Slides stated majority of employees released by EOY 2025 and the transition will be handled my MSP and contractors until the Engine, Manila and Argentina can hire staffing to replace the job positions. I doubt an announcement will be made at the SETH, the SETH is about the positive after they announce a >50 % cut in employees no one will hear anything else. Announcements will be made by the department heads so they can take the blame.
No DMC meeting this week and no news until seth. So many people trying to create something out of nothing.
Heard that we won’t know much until the weeks after SETH for the specific BUs.
This weeks DMC meeting will just have breadcrumbs
Don’t expect anything earth shattering from AP, manufacturing or elsewise. All big news will come at or after SETH. GLF sets expectations for opening town halls to be done in a specific timeframe, leaders cramming them in when they’re supposed to.
This happens every year. All the execs have engagement requirements. Some will get their townhalls in before SETH and some after. There won’t be any widespread news until after earnings release and SETH. The board has to meet first before they announce anything and that’s not happening until late next week. So don’t work yourself up.
They probably will announce we all get another PSG bump.
Hmmmmm. It almost sounds like something is brewing.
Perhaps it’s the new downstream org?
It is sort of interesting they are before SETH. Can’t image they’ll break major news before the CEO’s town hall.
Well, we will see
