Any news on the official day that Cigna MA employees start?

Well, we’ve arrived to HCSC as of 3/19. Some are happy to be with HCSC. Some are not(for various reasons). We were advised of a welcoming company. This thread leads many to believe that was a lie.
Any updates?

I'm thinking March 1 as well. Solely based on a gut feeling though.

Wish they had a buy out for volunteers instead of lay offs. I'd be the front of the line!

Yeah HCSC should back out. With this new administration lead by DOGE, there will be cuts to Medicare. Not a good idea to get into this line of business.
HCSC should cancel the purchase, Cigna is a sh-t show mess.
Why do you think there will be massive salary cuts?
They won’t tell Cigna employees until after a press release to the public that it happened

I think we’re hoping enough of them will quit from the massive salary cuts they’ll see that we won’t have to lay anyone off.
BCBS of MI is going to start laying off workers, Cigna, UHC, Aetna, and Humana have all already been laying off employees. With Cigna MA coming to HCSC, it's just a matter of time before they too start laying off employees. It's not a good time to be employed in this industry. Start brushing up on your resume, the job market is tough right now.

We hear they never do.
We have not heard an official date. And the rumors keeps changing.
They are still trying to pull a rabbit out of the hat.... It's all made up and doesn't matter...
