it's a business, it isnt your life. No the difference, only then is when you're able to cope with it. Also, learn to navigate the positive of this new political party even if you dislike the man in charge. Buy Bitcoin if you want to survive, study it.

Whenever there is a huge layoff, the same posts come out: "But how will we...?"

There is no golden egg at the end of this journey. The best thing you can do is to leave telecom altogether. Look at Lumen and the others. The story is the same there.

The customers will suffer. No getting around it. Offshore is already terrible and it often takes multiple calls just to get a ticket open. Now we don't have technicians to run trouble. I thought we were way too lean before this, but now I wonder how we're going to make this work.

I've talked to people that have lost entire reporting teams and don't know how they will function since they won't know what balances are even outstanding etc. I understand sunsetting CLEC sales but there were tons of people outside of CLEC that were let go that had job functions that were relied upon.
