His direct report within engineering, a former Amazon employee, doesn’t seem interested in understanding anything about the product.These Amazon leaders are exploiting the loyalty and trust of the U.S. Bank under the pretext of being new to the organization. So far, this has been the most disappointing experience with Amazon-style leadership.
