Close your laptop and do not answer emails after a certain hour and on weekends. I had people try to reach out at all hours, weekends, etc. When they realized I would not answer no matter what they stopped.
Basically, this is a great advice, but how feasible is it to actually do it? Once I tried to stand up for myself and be unavailable in my free time but then I had problems.
