There are many reasons why people here no longer enjoy the job they once loved.
Here's a small survey - on a scale from 0 (I don't enjoy my job at all) to 10 (I'm very happy here), rate how much you enjoy your job and indicate the biggest reasons for that.
It is high time that mgmt see how "successful" they are at demoralizing employees.

I hear the bosses talking g at lunch that they can force lower rating so they can mi e those peoples bonus so they have more. Very common. Note how many big Xmas and summer parties we have now. None. Many on my team barely work 5 hrs a day and justify that 8 hrs include lunch, breaks and commute time.
Just set up your team as unavailable so nobody can contact you. Close your laptop and do not answer emails after a certain hour and in the weekends. I had people try to reach out at all hours, weekends etc. When they realized I would not answer no matter what they stopped. Then you realize it is just a job and you do not give a cr-p. There is much more to life than talking to a computer.
Mostly 5 with e few peaks at 8.....
Can agree it more
@1ind Amen bro. I had someone in my department who was an H1B from the dominant ethnicity at Qcom. He used to sign all his email with "I Love Qualcomm" and he just started at the company a few months back, what a cringe. Those stuff come from people who come from hungry background with no self esteem. So sad!
The revolving door of H1Bs waiting to rate Qualcomm a 10 is limitless . Qualcomm does not care how many time the door 🚪 revolves
It's bursts, 5, 8, occasionally 10 for a short period.
Management is doing a great job of show how expendable every worker is. For every worker that rates Qualcomm low their is an H1B waiting to rate Q a 10! So sad people/workers don’t understand this.
