I heard from two colleagues in modem SYS and FW that they received a special RSU grant two weeks ago. I work extremely hard and I did not get any.
Anyone got that ?? How much is it ?

I’ve received retention shares with every review period. This year the number was significantly higher than past years. My cash bonus isn’t quite as high as last year, but still pretty good.
I got a massive 1250 retention shares on top of my 950 normal shares. Which was nice with normal 16% bonus plus 11% raise. Wow now finally I. The over $450k club. Not bad for staff but I’m good.
