@5hek+1jiGXl4V should be FC channel since this thread specifically asks about FCs.

Don’t see FC channel hiring new people to replace those left to other LOBs except RBs to replace the 1-2 tellers to keep the customers from being too irate.

in our LOB, i was in a meeting and they were discussing shifting some work around before the end of the year. they are definitely planning a layoff soon in early 2023.

Many of these FC are struggling to stay open daily because of staffing issues. I have noticed in the past two years many FC's that were temporarily shut down during the pandemic were closed permanently. There must be a big realignment set for FC's ....

If you're referring to the Covid UB, it's winding down. Some are going back on the phones, others are going to QA, which should have a high turnaround since QA is twice the work and a very strict environment. Rumor mill in the bank is the two outsource companies that are being used will be scaling back drastically in the next 30 - 90 days.
