20:80 ratio at Citi got us now too many managerial layers, where we started seeing heavily bloated MD’s and D’s. Few years ago at Citi we hardly see few MD’s. Now whoever comes in here having the title MD’s. It’s just wasted and added weight to the organisation. What are they doing exactly? Running executives briefings? That too taking reports prepared by some SVP’s and VP’s?
Citi needs to bring more C11, C12 associates for latest technologies rather than relying on 80% vendor resources and unnecessary bloated MD’s and D’s.
