Kinetic Georgia field sales made a living writing down revenue to sell OfficeSuite for years. Years. Professional cup movers. Owned more large accounts than any other sales territory and wrote them all down. Nobody in GA should ever be the cheerleader for sales ethics at WS.

I got the axe from this sinking ship.. The supplimental income thing is a joke. I saw this coming. Eff that talking head Omar M. too. Many more cuts coming soon. Get your resumes ready or ride the never ending roller coaster. Make telecom great again!

Spent years attending meetings in Finance and Accounting when Gunder was CFO. Never once saw him in a single meeting, never once got a question from him. When double-T was CFO he was always popping up in meetings to keep in the know and asking questions. Same thing with the current CFO. He asks questions and pops up to attend meetings and keep in touch.

The REIT tax loophole was closed the year after we spun off and ever since then has actually cost Windstream money.

The documents that came out during the trial (which I followed closely) revealed that in board meetings everybody was aware that there was a risk our debt holders would come after us. KM told them that her legal team was sure we could win if that happened. Amazed she kept her job (and I think has even been promoted since!)

The REIT wasn't even Tony's idea. The trial revealed Bank of America came to the board with this proposal.

When Gunderson made CFO and Elliot was brought on board is when it went down hill.
The REIT idea could have worked had they crossed their Ts and dotted the i's. Instead of trying to pull a fast one. Then it would have been Uniti doing the bankruptcy and Windstream would have pulled the band back together from a much better long term financial position.
Now you've got a private equity hawk in the mix who's only position is to extract as much profit as possible from the company while loading it with as much debt as possible before selling it off.

And the CEO has already said when the merger is complete that he's leaving. And that means he's got to get that bonus while he can. Lay people off, no severance package besides the BS "supplemental income", sell off the fleet vehicles with no technicians to drive them, and magically the books look amazing. F Sunu.

Sorry to break the news, but this place has been corrupt since day 1. Look at the bankruptcy and how that played out. Look at the names that stayed and look at the bonuses people got follow that. Follow the money will always tell you the story. And the leader of the company now was brought in for one reason and one reason only and everybody knows what it was, and are feeling the wrath now.
