We were told it’s the company’s direction that merch and fresh has to help curbside for 30 minutes in the morning So they won’t fall behind. Do all clubs help curbside ?

Those of you being sent to CPU should be upset because they are paying you what you earn, while CPU is one of the highest paid areas. They want the club to look perfect but they also want CPU to be ahead. Maybe allow more head count or maybe let's bring back over nights. AM merchandising is beyond stressed and no happy because they put a lot on that shift to do way too much. I don't blame the people that quit because the stress is not worth the pay.
Job keeps changing. Accountability keeps increasing. Pay barely does like over 3 years. Why am I still here taking this? Time to roll. Bosses need to hire some dudes. I was told I'd be doing stocking and helping "Members" find stuff and now I'm like doing steel girder construction work and being "Asked" to work late all the time. One Boss needed a lift driver and asked me if I would be interested. Too many bosses with no skill/effort either. Seriously, merchandisers get a load dumped. Out
Our fresh areas help no one , but if they need help we merchandisers have to help them, same with cpu.. yet no one helps us merchandisers when we fall behind helping everyone else
Our club has no organization for curbside.
I’m in cpu we never get help until after all merchandisers have had their lunches. We actually never need help till around that time anyways. If we have to many pulling at 4am we will fall behind on staging so it’s better to have the help later in the morning
Yes
sometimes in our club they will sometimes send half of the merchandisers to do an 8 hour shift in cpu. on a normal average day they get sent after the store opens for a 4 hour cpu shift.
