Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Merit %?

Does anyone have insight into what the baseline Merit % is this year? I know last year it was 4% +/- but have not heard anything this year at all.

So we are stupid. Although we have %s, we don’t have enough money to adhere to the recommended %s. As d-mb as you can expect this HR team to be.

Thanks for coming to a layoff site, where people have actually lost their paychecks and insurance, just to take about your bonus money coming your way. Disgusting....

Ask yourself a question. How much % does your home & auto insurance, food on the table went up ?
If Wayne or Amala approves 5%, consider yourself as lucky and buy a lottery ticket

% is based on what your budget is and what HR deems your % range. I have seen anywhere from 2-6% this year.

4% baseline means nothing. Just depends on whether or not its your turn to be downleveled. Thanks again Wayne!

It’s 4%, can confirm unless your team and leader did horrible as EMGs can reallocate to other higher performing team.
