Age discrimination is illegal, and it’s infuriating to see it happen anyway again and again. I can only hope their choice to target older folks eventually comes back to bite them hard - right in the a-s. By the way, I know some younger folks were affected as well, but let's be real, it's the older, higher-paid folks who really felt the brunt of it.

I was let go in March 2024, and trust me when I say Windsucks lawyers are very thorough. I received a list of positions and ages of folks who were also let go at the same time , they ages were from 21-74! They cover their butts !

I agree. I'm 61, too old to start over and too young to draw social security. I will be loosing my home and everything. I'm single and the only thing I had was my dedication to WIN. Slap in the face.

It's a shame to spend twenty plus years of your life somewhere to be thrown out like an old shoe over a 5 minute call.
Talent lost forecer, and cheap labor acquired/contracted. It's nothing new, has been happening since TT took the reins and most of your equity in the sh-t stock.
I wouldn't go that far. Mostly at this point that's who's left. The legacy people who carry the most knowledge have been the ones carrying on through all the reductions. Now the cuts are hitting bone, not just fat. That means a lot of people who were long tenured employees got hit, because they were really the only ones left to cut.
