When you all say TOS, do you mean Technology? Or Operations - they’re 2 separate BLs as of a year or so ago. And does “Risk” mean RM&C BL or Risk within Technology?

Risk contractors were recently let go. I wonder if that is the new USB landscape - hire 1099 contractors and enjoy the savings. There have been serveral changes in senior level management and "retirements". USB is re-inventing itself. It's not the same company it was 5 yrs ago, let alone 1 year ago. I am curious as to what's happening in CSC.

Which teams specifically? TOS and Risk are separate, no?

Let's hope it's the totally useless TOS middle management, project management, and scrum masters.

105 in TOS? Yikes! I've been here for close to 11 years now and I don't recall ever having layoffs in January. I do expect they will see a fair bit of attrition after bonuses pay out. Every person I talk to on my team (that I trust) has mentioned looking for a change.
