There are new claims platforms being used by offshore employees and vendors only. There are several of them and the onshore employees know nothing about them. Just a matter of time until the migration of NexGen and Casualty Center is complete. Hidden platforms are being used just like hidden vendors and big centers in India are being used and nothing is being said about it. Nice transparency Allstate.

Yep. We are told zero about what is going on. How can anyone believe Allstate is acting in good faith and protecting America jobs. We are never told anything anyway so anything is possible. Can’t trust big blue with anything. The don’t admit to sh$t. Their plans are disclosed on a need to know basis and the front line doesn’t need to know until layoff time.
