All they want is your money which will never be used to maintain the plant. It goes to the board of directors and Kate. They use for there woke ideas and to pad their pockets. Yep. It’s not the same company. Not sure this is even a real company any more. 32 years and I’m ready to go. This isnt a place you want to start a career like it was back in the day. They preach culture and work life balance. Just words. All they care about is billing. Don’t care if a customers service works. Just get the billing started. Care even less about employees. When/if the offer comes my way I’m out.
I'm old enough to remember when quantum was called gpon. And gpon was called a legacy centurylink product. Change the billing system and the name and a whole new slew of experts come out of the woodwork. Same building, same racks, same distribution, same fiber, same ont, same modem, same speed new name.
How many years ago was the Norristown nutjob laid off and still stinks up this place? Third rate out of region office they think was the center of the universe. Sometimes the layoffs hit the right people.

I'll go tell the customers of the 50+ tickets I leave the office with every day that they clearly do not want legacy copper services. I'll also inform the FCC that's up my a-s daily of this revelation as well, maybe I'll finally get more maintenance techs on my team with tools and a truck to help me with these cable repairs.
