What does rebadging mean?
What got us here … Years of technical leadership that only knew how to offshore to meet financial commitments. Technical debt and lack of domain knowledge pilled up as a result and now the company is dumping the mess they made because it takes 6 months to make simple changes.
Now same leadership will rinse and repeat with AI.
I seriouslydoubt the SLT signed NDAs. That would require the ability to write and read.

DPAIOs IT will be rebatched to Deloitte/UST/etc....
Both onshore and offshore (carelon IT has 1000s of folks)-> what a waste effort of forming a team and then pulling back !!!!!

This has been ongoing as part of the "AI Transformation" for ages. Dump the costs and rebadge a huge % of DPAIO. Leave it to the vendor to do the RIFfing.
The SLT are protecting US jobs - their own.
