Genuinely why are you staying. When you look at the pattern over the last 10years it's the same. We sc--wed up the strategy we need to cut staff. It's not a company to tie your yourself to it's mast. It should be a stepping stone to a job elsewhere.
Other companies have layoffs as it's part of the cycle but I genuinely believe that it would be better than here.
Heard there was no EoI this time which is a shame. The last 5 years should be a case study in how to destroy value.

If you complain about leadership and stay then you can't complain as you've accepted it...
