It’s so lame. The whole communication game. They won’t tell you as they don’t have time to explain. If they try to, you will have a foreign National who makes 5 bucks an hour attempt to explain it to you but they don’t have the vernacular skills to speak to Americans clearly. Allstate is such a woke joke. Don’t bother asking real questions. Just do your job and plan ahead for yourself.
