USAA could have used the money from this position to rebuild a third of a CA house, average value $1.2M, but instead they want to hire a DEI program exec. Totally absurd and it's why everyone is DONE with USAA!

Instead of spending money on the CA crisis and the homeowners mess in general, they are setting up a bogus role that will su-k in more resources, generate dozens of PowerPoints, board meeting etc. we love to distract ourselves from what matters most.
