Risk and Compliance was 103% but Jodi and her minions skim off the top so employees won’t see that level of funding. Merit was similar, some really underhanded stuff going on in her area.

@c2+1jhr1d3s2 In my BL needs improvement people were all let go. I wish I was kidding but that is the reality.
@c2+1jhr1d3s2 In my BL Needs Improvement does not get an increase or PBP.
My BL was funded at 3.25 for merit.
Bonus was funded at 102% of target. Merit is between 2 to 3%. HR is pushing managers to give nothing to anyone not at “meets” or higher.
Do the “Needs Improvement” employees get a merit increase? Still have no clue how this happened this year.
Last year, I received 6% but our town meeting today said bonus pool is expected to be over 100%, with focus being on lower payed employees benefiting the most. So I will be disappointed if I receive anything less than 6%.
In BBCS I was told 100% funded bonus and 2 to 3 percent merit increases.
100% for bonus pool this year.
My deductive reasoning leads me to believe that the average merit increase is 2.5% (basing mid level paygrade from 2024, to mid level of the same paygrade in 2025).
Manager discretion is always involved, so could be more, could be less.
Bonus pool is always a mystery to me. I used to work in a business line with transparency stating the % payout for that year ahead of time, but the last couple of years and with a move to Marketing, they keep it more hush, probably again, due to manager discretion and reducing the questioning/upset employees that they didn't get their full payout. But I thought I had heard to expect a healthy year, so I'm staying a bit optimistic, but know I'll still be disappointed :D
