I was laid off in November 2024. This question is directed at current employees. Has there been any communication on when the 401k match will be posted and when the credit to the cash balance pension plan will be posted?
Are they planning on moving the record keeping for the cash balance pension over to Fidelity or is it going to stay where it is with Alight?

Historical dates for 401k Match: Jan 30 in 2024; Jan 26 in 2023 and Jan 28 in 2022 - with no correlation to a specific day of the week as these were Tues, Thurs and Friday, respectively. Since Plan is now with Fidelity, things could possibly be different.

Both 401K match and pension contribution are by end of Jan. I have not seen either post yet as of today.

They haven't communicated the date for the 401k match yet but it will be on or before January 31st, 2025. The Cash Balance pension plan stays with Alight. Only the 401k went to the Fidelity.
