For those anticipating an annual raise, who are at the max in your salary range please read Performance and Total Compensation Conversions in CNET. In the past staff would get an annual lump sum, last year this was taken away. It was done quietly and you were told in your compensation meeting. Now HR blasts on CNET. Another great example of how Centene takes care of their employees.Wonder if the endless increasing C Suite will be getting a raise this year. Count on it! Looking forward to my second year of no raise and being told how much I am valued.

If there are rumors of no raises, salary M and higher are still receiving bonuses.
Rumor going around that no one is getting a raise this year except for CSuite - merit or otherwise
They don't care about the providers, which in and of itself is a sh---y business relationship as it is - never wanting to work together with them to pay claims on time and correctly because "WE CAN'T TELL PROVIDERS HOW TO BILL" as I am constantly told. So we are going to deny and not clearly explain why so that it can be resolved which leads to how they also don't care about the member because not helping the provider & denying those claims means the member gets stuck with the bill. It makes me wonder why they even have a department for Provider Relations. But that brings me to the comp part of this - I haven't had a raise that was not related to training or the measly yearly and that was over 4 years ago. And no I was not promoted not because it wasn't offered but because I declined. Seems to me the title change/pay grade change was just their sneaky a-s way of making sure no one would get a raise AGAIN. Not giving you access to what your comp should be and then claiming you MAXED OUT is bullsh-t and anyone with a brain knows it bullsh-t. And those getting bonuses off the backs of those that hit those goals for your department - enjoy it while you can because karma is a bi--h.
No changes. Bonuses for M and above. Not sure percentage of increase. Not sure how some max out without being promoted to next pay level, seems unfair. Not receiving a bonus to the ones working paycheck to check on the current economy is tough too. But hey let’s focus on the members and network and not ourselves I suppose.
It is in the Company News - Submit your 2025 Goals in Workday. There is a section on Performance and Compensation at the bottom of the article.
There's nothing on CNET that states this.
If you are at max already that’s it - you’re topped out. Move up, move out, or settle for it.
I didn't have a compensation meeting. They moved my pay grade from an I to a J when they did the whole title change thing and never saw it reflected in my pay. And I could never get anyone to answer what my pay was supposed to be now. HR says that they can't disclose what my comp is and to go to my uppers - I did and they still haven't gotten me an answer. I fully expect not to get a raise just because C-Suite is only worried about themselves and could care less about the thousands of us who make that money possible for them to have. Oh and I can't find what you are referencing in CNET - maybe I am not looking in the right place or they removed it
