I don’t know about you all, and maybe I missed it….. but I still haven’t seen the most recent all employee survey results?
Are they keeping it quiet hoping we won’t notice.

I think the OP is referring to the survey that was sent in December. We haven’t heard anything regarding that one
A brief mention was done in team meetings, but not a detailed review of results like previous years. Curiously enough, HR keeps sending check-in surveys every couple of months. I send them directly to the trashbin. I used to do those religiously for years when so naively believing that they made a difference. Never again.

Our SD read through some abbreviated version, said “hey guys it’s not final” then proceeded to never mention them again. The skip level never even went through anything.
Does Nike still do the thing where your SD holds an hour long meeting where they read the results to their directs (managers and skip levels)? The best direct evidence I witnessed to how many leaders don’t know how to lead and complete lack of accountability for 50 band and above 🤣
Ours were bad too, saw them in October. Shared Sr. Director and vertical. Vertical was Bad, especially regarding trust in Leadership. Like Mid-20's. Our team was actually average to above... but we're also only a 2 year old team and somewhat sheltered from some of the reorgs.
They’ve been shared. Results are exactly what you’d expect. Our org just keeps blaming JD & pretending we’re all good now.
You live under a rock... we got an email from MM, and EH keeps referring to them. News flash, this just in: they're bad. You need the obvious restated or what?
My manager hasn't shared the results for last 3 years. I got to see only VP level results 3 years back. But this year there was an email from MM. Haven't seen anything from direct manager or even VP level.
the chatter is results are so bad, there is no good way to sugar coat, so silence it is!
They will not share all the results. Nor will any concrete action be taken to improve the results for this year.
Their best bet is that you forget about it or any changes occurring.
Shared in fall. Ask your manager.
