Reality is going to hit the executives hard right between the eyes if they actually believe that. Making business decisions based on a technology at the height of its hype cycle is crazy.

ENGINE interviewing support from ABU BU commenced for senior engineering management roles, 1st week January 2025…. Discipline specific roles as per the 72 job commenced last year…. Now BU interview support has ramped up and scheduled next 6 weeks….

Senior appointed ENGINE Expats are requesting support from BU colleagues….

I am not comfortable, but have no other choice but to support.

The ENGINE transition planning metrics are brutal for Smith Street and 1TE….. Not just 2025… but plans to 2030…. 600 bengaluru roles is the start, the new bengaluru Chevron ENGINE office options, has the provision for expanding to 2500 roles by 2030.

AI technology is planned to lower Global BU costs by 35%.

These changes are next level…. This is just the start!

The time is NOW!

We must unionize. We have the power. They can not accomplish this without our participation. We can not sleepwalk into our own destitution.

First demand, there will be no training of offshore personnel. They can hire them all they want, but they will have to do this all on their own.
