How can we make sure everyone at chevron reads these posts?. They are great and help regular cvx employees understand the root cause of our problems, that it has to do with the elt and not with how hard we work.

you can't make everyone read these, I can tell you that HR does read them and it's the unofficial pulse survey, and there is A LOT of people that come on here very sporadically as you leave lower looping, the ones that post and come often are a very small minority
Word of mouth works great. Tell a few close, trusted friends. They'll tell a few of theirs. Word will get out.
Heck, I learned about this place back in like 2015 when the BU VP brought it up in a townhall.
