The allstate ××××wise rep droned on and on for 45 mins about the initial trial phase with employees. Ruined Diwali for everyone. The food that didn't have the catering candles under the serving trays got cold. If you got any food after the hangry stampede

I zero trust in Insurance mobile apps, only apps on my phone are financial banking, retirement accounts. Everyone talks about their rights; but businesses, & i.e. US GOVERNMENT has very little in rest in protect your personal information. It's Joke.
Data Breeches etc. fines are levied, but its up to Comsumers to check/monitor their credit histories.

Between this scandal, TW's shameful woke victim blaming in New Orleans, and the already failed and regrettable ASC product this company takes another shameful step into irrelevancy and eventual insolvency.

Apparently @kw hasn't read the lawsuit. It's not about Drivewise.

The program is called Drivewise, managed by Arity. I suprised anyone is shocked their driving is monitored. Participants need to insert a card into the car's onboard diagnostics. No one is sneaking the chip into their car. The results of driving went to Arity and their cell phone. Their "discount" is based on their good driving. Progressive has a similar program

When I first started with Allstate I never thought I would see the day with so many people hoping for a collapse of or hoping the company fails in some way or face huge settlements and fines against it. But after 11 year being here I can totally see where so many would wish this all on this company. This company deserves it all.

Remember TW talking about all the data they gather on drivers one townhall? Uh oh.

So if this spreads to multiple states, what is the ratio of settlement to layoffs to maintain bonuses?

This will balloon to other states as well. Something like this does not stop at just one state when so many other states have similar types of laws like this. I would assume Allstate is looking at some big damages from multiple states and fronts.

Strange how so many in Arity leadership have left Allstate now… I wonder why?

This isn’t a mistake or flaw, it was 100% the intended purpose. I remember Allstate leaders bragging about all the data they were collecting without people realizing.

I hope the state of Texas smokes us good. This company needs exposed for their deceitful, unethical, complacent business practices. So much wrong and dishonest about this company. They deserve everything they have coming to them.
