Isn’t it obviious? Get rid of the 20 layers of beaurocratic management. VP, SVPs Directors, etc.
@er+1jhk4vmep, great point. HR makes the list!

The leadership of this company fu--ing su-ks, and everyone knows it!
They actually have to pay people to come on here and making themselves look good lololol

You ever heard of outsourcing? Their plan is to outsource everything h. R tech admin because they think it costs less from a labor cost perspective to outsource, then it is to hire people.
Karma!! The times that I have had to call HR helpline to sort out questions, the backend interactions were always indifferent. You can contact T-Mobile's Human Resources (HR) department by calling 1-866-578-6423 or emailing myHR@t-mobile.com. So nice!
Good, is D-mb Deanne one of them?
Did Mike eliminate the DEI department before the start of the new administration?
Hard to believe there are 400 HR employee being layoff ?? That is quite a high number
The company is at a point where they can’t grow much more to keep stock price pumping. They aren’t acquiring customers at nearly the same rate and they only care about value to shareholders. The way to do that at this point is reducing labor. Just like last year.
They want 80%+ people to have T-Life and plan to take upgrades away from care and retail in the 2nd half of the year, making the only option self help. The end goal here is to create less of a need for human interaction. For now customer care is safe, but not forever. Retail is going to get hit with layoffs next.
I hope the HR weenies that laid me off are on the list.
400 Jobs, NOT Careers
I just heard about this. I was laid off from HR in the fall of 2023. DK only cares about herself and the cronies in the C-Suite. The overall leadership of HR was terrible once the Sprint people took over. Only thing they are good at is cutting costs and people.
Really all companies su-k. Do your job well and save so that a layoff is just a small blimp in your life. More than a year later, I can tell you that life is fine after you are gone.
You get something new and move on.
What departments in HR?
I love HR! They are awful 😢
Confirmed. Heard it was a blood bath.
