Kinetic Repair, sadly basically ENT's mouthpiece now was decimated, I was part of half the team let go and this was just a small part of the umbrella. There is no way we can handle the work when it picks up in the next month. They are going to have to bring in outsourced labor.
To everyone that's left at one stream. Just know your number will be eventually called. Asked him to find enough there's a method to how they're doing the layoffs. You should also research your unemployment benefits from Windstream so when you do get laid off you are prepared. Nobody should be surprised with layoffs. It's been happening in front of our faces for months and months.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there is a expectation for when the merger and then eventually acquisition by some other suitor is happening. The folks at the top of Win and Uniti know their free bonuses are done and their careers as well. Probably shooting for the biggest operational bonus they can for before it's over.

My dir said was the largest layoff they ever been apart of. Our team lost a bunch and only a handfull remain.

25+ years and got the hammer lowered on me today along with 6 others from the SD-WAN side of the house.
Engineering took a big hit. 18 to 20% cut… so sad. Lots of folks with many years let go.
