MN and EB need to go as part of this reorg. Need external executives. MW has no capital left with employees. The man is vain. Too busy giving promises to th the street, while the company struggles. Id--ts promote id--ts. MW promoted id--ts such as MN, EB , JG, BK, AW.
In turn these so called leaderz are promoting incompetent losers. Look at the choices EB has made. Whom did she reward? Either id--ts or bullies. None of these 5 have any political capital left with the workforce. We won't perform at 100% if they lead us because of resentment towards them. Glad AW was forced out. Need to force out the other 4.

MW is an undereducated CEO that fails to take ownership of the mess he finds CVX in. Remember when he cut bonuses due to missing metrics but he still got a total benefit increase? Millionaires that has no problem outsourcing thousands of US jobs. Want to save money? Outsource the whole LT.
